We would be delighted to provide you more information about our booking conditions to ensure you
have a carefree and relaxed holiday in our comfortable apartments

Prices are intended per apartment per week.
Extra bed 50% discount.
We accept dogs on request at a price of € 12.00 per day.
We accept Credit Cards (VISA)

Cancellation:

Should you decide to cancel your stay, the deposit paid is not refundable.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: in case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):

by 60 days prior to arrival the down payment will be withheld
by 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival 40% of the total
by 30 days to 14 days prior to arrival 70% of the total
within the last 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of the total less the charges according to Art. 7 GTC

In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total less the charges according to Art. 7 GTC.
In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 you can use the deposit for a future stay.

Supplement charges:

Laundromat € 15,00.-
(washing machine/dryer with washing powder included)

Local tax (not included in the price):

The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment (Euro 3,40.- per person and day). Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Cancellation insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
